Penelope is a really sweet older girl, about 10, that was abandon at a high kill shelter because her family was moving. She is fostered with cats, dogs and kids and she seems to get along fine with everyone she meets. She snuggles up to the babies if they are on the floor and wags her tiny tail at the big kids when they talk to her. She has good house manners, knows some obedience and does not need a crate. Penelope loves to be near people, sleeping on your feet if you stop moving long enough. She would be an excellent companion to an older person or a great family pet.
